Is Iconwiz free to use?

We support iOS, Android, Web (favicons), PWA, macOS, Windows, Electron, Tauri, Flutter, React Native, Godot, and Mini-programs (WeChat/Alipay/Baidu). Each platform preset generates all required icon sizes and formats according to official specifications.

Iconwiz is a web-based application optimized for desktop browsers. While you can access the website on mobile devices, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience, especially when working with image uploads and icon generation. Some features may have limited functionality on smaller screens.

Who owns the icons I generate?

Accepted Answer

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded images. For icons generated from your uploads, you have complete rights to use them. For AI-generated content, upon payment you receive rights to use the generated icons and images for any purpose, including commercial use. However, similar prompts may produce similar results for different users, so exclusive rights to AI outputs cannot be guaranteed.

Can I use the generated icons commercially?

Yes! All icons generated through our service (both from your uploads and AI generation) can be used for commercial purposes, including in apps you sell, client projects, and commercial products. There are no additional licensing fees.

Are there any content restrictions?

Yes. You may not use Iconwiz to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content. You also cannot generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights or imitates protected works. Violating these rules may result in account termination.

What content is prohibited by the Content Policy?

You may not use Iconwiz to generate, request, upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, or semi-nude content. This includes suggestive poses, undressing, fetish content, twerking, and any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. You also may not create content that infringes intellectual property rights or imitates protected works.

Can I upload prohibited content just to edit it or export an icon set?

No. You must not upload content that violates our Content Policy, process it through the Service, or distribute any resulting icons, images, files, or other outputs. You are solely responsible for any downstream use or distribution of content derived from your uploads.

Why was my prompt, upload, or generation blocked?

To keep the Service safe and compliant, we may review prompts, uploads, and outputs using automated moderation systems and, where appropriate, human review. Requests may be delayed, blocked, withheld, removed, or restricted when required by law, provider policy, payment-partner rules, or our Terms.

Can I try to bypass moderation filters?

No. Circumventing, disabling, probing, or attempting to evade moderation filters, safety classifiers, account limits, or other safeguards is prohibited. Violations of the Content Policy, or repeated or frequent violations of our Terms, may result in suspension or permanent account termination without refund.

We offer three paid tiers: Creator, Pro, and Premium. Each tier includes monthly AI generation credits, full access to advanced and preview AI features, Unlimited Cloud Sync, different priority AI task queue levels, and different concurrency limits. Do you offer annual subscriptions?

No, we only offer monthly subscriptions. We believe this gives you maximum flexibility - you can cancel, upgrade, or adjust your plan each month based on your actual needs without being locked into a long-term commitment.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The price difference will be charged immediately, and additional credits corresponding to the tier difference will be added to your account. Note that after upgrading, you cannot downgrade until your current subscription period ends.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription expires or you downgrade, you receive a 30-day grace period during which your stored materials are preserved. After the grace period, materials exceeding your new plan's limits will be automatically deleted (oldest first). We recommend downloading important content before your subscription expires. Your credits (both purchased and bonus) remain in your account and can still be used for AI generation.

Is there a storage limit?

Yes, each subscription tier has an item limit for Unlimited Cloud Sync. When you reach your limit, you'll need to delete older materials or upgrade your plan to continue saving new ones. Free users store uploaded images locally in their browser, while paid subscribers can sync materials across devices.

What are credits used for?

Credits are the virtual currency used for AI image generation. Each AI generation request consumes credits based on the model used. Different models have different costs - some are more affordable while others offer higher quality at a higher cost.

How is pricing calculated for reference images?

The Flux series models (Flux 2 Dev, Flux 2 Pro, Flux 2 Flex) use dynamic pricing based on the total size of your reference images:
          
            Base cost: Each Flux model has a base cost multiplier per image generated
            Reference image cost: Additional cost calculated per megapixel (MP) of reference images
            Megapixel rounding: Total megapixels are rounded to the nearest integer (standard rounding: <0.5 rounds down, ≥0.5 rounds up), with a minimum charge of 1 MP if any reference images are used
          
          Example: If you use reference images totaling 1.4 MP, you'll be charged for 1 MP. If the total is 1.5 MP or more, you'll be charged for 2 MP.
          Note: Other models that support reference images (like SeedDream and NanoBanana) do not charge extra for reference images - only the base cost applies.
          The estimated cost is always displayed before you confirm generation.

What happens to my credits when my subscription ends?

All credits never expire and remain in your account permanently, even after your subscription ends. You can continue to use your purchased and bonus credits for AI generation without an active subscription.

What are bonus credits?

Bonus credits are extra free credits you receive when purchasing credit packages - the more credits you buy, the higher the bonus percentage. All bonus credits remain in your account permanently and never expire. Bonus credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

Absolutely not. We do not and will never sell your personal information to any third parties. Your privacy is our priority.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Free users' images are stored locally in their browser (IndexedDB). Paid users' materials are stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with data retention based on their subscription tier.

What happens to my AI prompts?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data, uploaded images, and generated content are deleted immediately from our servers. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
